Is there a website where we can voice our opinions?

I think MSFT should move its headquarter to Peking and set its branch in Washington State. In that way, the DOJ can not block the release of WIN98
which will definitely hurt the progress of civilization and the right for innovation.
The loss of NSCP is a result of free competition!! Nothing more or less. If the DOJ
wants to intervene, then we should give up the concept of free economy, probably go back to planned economy !!!!Then we should have no right to ask the Japanese government to open up its market based on the concept of free economy and competition, because
we are doing the same thing what the Japanese governmet is doing, i.e government
intervention. What is wrong with innovation and free competition? If NSCP wants
to compete, it should develop something which will meet the needs of consumers .
The loss of NSCP is because it can not develop a super product which is needed by
everyone.
If MSFT's business conduct is unfair, then what about those health insurance companies, for the insuree to be covered they have to go to certain doctors which
belong to the network, or the doctors had to be part of the network to be covered by
the insurance companies. Is the freedom of choice for the consumers ? I do not think so, but we do not see the intervention of the DOJ. Do we have a double standard here ?
As to the freedom of competition or choice of consumers, noone force the onsumers
to install microsoft's OS into their pcs, there are many other PC os available in the
market for choice. Just like if you do not like FORD, you can go to GM's cars, noone force you to buy cars from FORD at all.

Today's the argument is not because the delay of release of WIN98 will hurt the economy badly, or the stock price of MSFT, but the principle of freedom to compete and freedom of innovation, which is the base this country is built on. If we are to give up this principle , then I have nothing to say at all !!!!
