Mike... Yes. I suspect that after such postings are brought to Jill's attention, this guy will just disappear. It's not necessarily the "false and misleading" aspect of his posts, but more the overt threats of legal action. SI does not tolerate the making of threats of any kind on the threads. Z-whatever...you havn't a clue as to what "Miranda" warnings are all about.
