I've been travelling alot since Annapolis and haven't had a chance to contribute as much as I'd like.

I notice that Wilder's 14 day RSI on AINN and MTON have declined from 75 to 45 while the 3 day RSI are vastly different. What is the significance of the 14 day , if any, in relation to the overall feeling that
the overall market is in a decline?
