Sorry, but you have it all wrong. The Jew has been punished that is true. You will recall that Jesus prophysied that the temple would be destroyed with not one stone left standing on another. Well that happened about 30 years latter and it still can't be found, though it will. That is why there are no animal sacrifices today, no temple and no temple emblements. He prophysied the dispursion and the regethering of the Jew which we are seeing today. Revelation clearly teached that the Jews as a Nation will pray for the return of Jesus and he does come. But the Jew is not caught up with Jesus in the air as christians are. No the Jew has a different covenant and it is still in force for them. Do some more study in the Bible and be as the Burieans were. Recieve the word with all readness of mind but check the scriptures daily to see whether it is of God. Thanks.

We must not forget that the Jew is in fact a believer. He believes in God and he believes in the messiah. He just doesn't recogniz Jesus as the Messiah, though he will later, as will the nation of Isreal.
We usually consider the dispersia as a punishment of Jew and I think that was in there. But probably the major reason was to stop the temple secrafice while the age of the gentile is being fulfilled. It would certainly wring confusion if the Jews were making daily animal sacrifices while the Christian was preaching the sacrificed Jesus as the final sacrifice.
I think that we all spend entirely too much time and energy wondering about the fate of the Jew. I suspect our real motive is founded in prejudice and desire to critize, rather than true platonic love for our fellow man. I for one am content to discover what the Bible says in all things and try to put the entire picture together for my understanding. Thanks.

Hello Emile don't listen to me or anyone else on this issue, listen to what the Apostle Paul says as written in the Holy Word of God.

>>>>What you are trying to say is that God's old covenant with the ethnic nation of the Jews is still valid today. That is a false satatement. The New Covenant has replaced the old covenant. The old covenant is without power and dead.<<<<

Is Romans part of the old covenant or the new?

Romans 11:
I ask then: Did God reject his people? By no means! I am an Israelite myself, a descendant of Abraham, from the tribe of Benjamin.

2God did not reject his people, whom he foreknew. Don't you know what the Scripture says in the passage about Elijah--how he appealed to God against Israel:

3"Lord, they have killed your prophets and torn down your altars; I am the only one left, and they are trying to kill me" [1]?
4And what was God's answer to him? "I have reserved for myself seven thousand who have not bowed the knee to Baal." [2]

5So too, at the present time there is a remnant chosen by grace.

6And if by grace, then it is no longer by works; if it were, grace would no longer be grace.

7What then? What Israel sought so earnestly it did not obtain, but the elect did. The others were hardened,
8as it is written: "God gave them a spirit of stupor, eyes so that they could not see and ears so that they could not hear, to this very day."

God loves you Emile
