Scooby-do: There is no PERFECT "card" from my readings. It is an encryption software and hardware devices via ET & T. The banks will like it as they additionally will be making money from the access point of authorizations. Betting Inc is the "gate" or middle (hardware and software) access between banks, vendors, and purchasers. They have positioned themselves in the "center/star hub position" of the input and output communications IMHO.
