You got to be kidding! If you read the annual report the future of this company as far as a mining company is nil! They freely report that they don't have the funds or the expertise to run a mine and mill (wait until we find out that the Franklin is not even a profitable mine!) Martucci pulled back on his letter of intent and basically will take over the company through his liens when they run out of money and haven't started the mine up. They are selling the Gold Hill mill because they can't mill outside ore there and there aren't any mines that are producing within it's own area. The truth is coming out finally. The only reason this company had a upswing in price in 1996 and a potential future was when it was working with the mining company at the Mogul. When that agreement turned sour, the expertise and ability to mine was lost. The annual report states that the legal problems from that relationship are still in the courts. Maybe one day we will really find out what happened there. I guess if you don't care what a company does and just try to play the market with the prices, none of this matters. But if you wanted to invest in a successful mining company the annual report is diasterous! Once the stock goes over to the OTC exchange none of us small share holders will be able to make trades when we want to - per the annual report. Good news?....... I don't think so!
