Gerry,

The recent comment on the rumoured failures suggests that the recent
Brazilian Distribution Agreement signed with Astoria International S.A. in Soa Paulo is a hoax.

That press release talks about < "Recently announced (press release - 3/24) test results on transit buses, showing decresed pollutant emissions and fuel consumption, have prompted Astoria to establish a sales office and showroom in Soa Paulo. This action is expected to lead to the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Turbodyne do Brasil Ltda, before the end of the year, and future plans call for manufacturing under license in Brazil."

If the tests really failed then Walt owes us an explanation.

At this point it must be considered a possibility until it is confirmed one way or another.
