Pierre/ seen some of your posts at the Alpine thread. As I'm sure you also know, Alpine's annual has been recently delivered and there's a passing note regarding ongoing ugliness re: Argentina ops. that has been draining ASL's robust domestic ops. If I read annual report correctly it tells me that mgmt. is well aware of the sore and something will be announced prior to the end of June to deal with it. Whether or not your speculation is true may be part of mgmt.'s commitment to deal with the South America situation. Fwiw....... (imo) the Alpine guy at the company thread is quite timely and accurate in the news he's reported in the past, especially with earnings numbers.
