That was also my impression of the volume and it is a negative on a technical basis. I still maintain strongly that the KEY is the divergence of the some of the major indexes; therefore I am still holding to my trading range of 8750-9300.

I too am still short, but decided to protect myself. Hope it was a sensible decision to hold my OEX 540 puts and sell the 530 puts, since its the first time I did it.
