Not thinking about pulling the trigger, but I agree that the longer the delay the less likely it is that the news will be good. If news are bad, it would make sense to delay them to allow insiders to download as many shares as possible before the price really crashes. It would be a reasonable strategy, since even for people who are loosing money at current prices, offloading at around $0.15 is still better than at $.01 or $.02 after a disapointing news release.
Hoping nevertheless that my fears are not founded.
