MY STANCE- Once and for all. 1. Many of you have misinterpreted my comments. 2. I am not suggesting, nor have I ever suggested, that anyone who bought dgiv at a low price SELL it if you are long. That would be absolutely foolish. 3. I have suggested, and continue to believe, that the short timers who are in this for a quick buck and who paid considerably less than current share value, are the people we need to shake out. These are the people who will hurt us, the short run, from reaching our long term goals. These are the people who play into the devious hands of the mm's. In my opinion, these short timers need to shake their booties and take their profits and go on to the next BIG investment. 4. I would probably challenge anyone on this thread, including our leaders, that they are MORE committed to dgiv than I am. I have a great deal of money (as others have) in this company and everyone I know is telling me to sell, or sell at least half. I am not going to do that for several reasons: 1. I don't want to drive the price down and create panic. 2. I want to make as much money as possible. 3. I intend to make $50-$100 million, realistically, by the time I leave dgiv. 5. So, some, or many of you, may not agree with what I have said, but the fact is, DON'T EVERY QUESTION MY INTEGRITY when it comes to this baby. DGIV is one of my babies. It has changed my life and my family's forever. Like a few of you, I was here when not too many others even knew dgiv existed. I have stuck it through and made a killing. BUT, I am NOT leaving. I am here to support JC and company for a long, long time to come. I hope all of you are as well so you too can reap the rich rewards this company will provide you. 6. NO, I don't believe we need to be watching every tick of the tape and every news release. It is my opinion that this is meaningless in the long term picture. Byron said it well- we've all invested in the COMPANY and what it does, not in the whims of the wind and what it blows through. DGIV is going places and I strongly recommend (like me or not!) that you stay in, weather the storms, and long out long term. I have finally convinced my mom, sister, and brother NOT TO SELL! They, like many others, have made a lot of money and fear they will lose it back like they have on others. There is not only no reason NOT to sell dgiv but every reason to continue buying it on the way up. If any of you follow William O'Neal, he teaches you to always buy on strength on the way up, never on weakness on the way down. I just violated this basic rule by more and more of a stock on the way down. At this point, it's still stuck in the basement 7. The whole point of my comments was that it is good to shake out the short termers (NOT THE LONG TERMERS LIKE MOST OF US ARE!) so we can strengthen and fortify our base position as we continue to rise. Everyday is not going to be a "positive" day in share movement. But who cares? Don't even pay attention to it. It's mm manipulation and short termer's profit taking. In the long run, we'll all have the last laugh! 8. I have successfully used the same philosophy on two other stocks and have also made a considerably amount of money on those, but DGIV continues, and will always be, my baby. I devote 90% of my time to dgiv and 10% to the others. 9. I also, to respond to many private mails, have formed an alliance to maintain a steady course on share price, with several members (and outsiders) of this thread. We have a pledge to maintain anonymity except that I, as the group's representative, can make certain public announcements of a general nature. All I can say is that we are working on your behalf to the best we can. We do control a considerable amount of outstanding shares and we are working in the best interest of dgiv long term. I hope this answers any concerns and questions you may have had about me. I am a good person and I am here to help all loyal, long term dgiv'ers. To hell with the others!
