Jeff, Your concerns are well founded. NASDAQ has repeatedly threatened to remove companies from their electronic "Bulletin Board" and place them in the "pink sheets" (no electronic quotes). Anyone buying, selling or checking on price would then HAVE TO call a broker and wait perhaps hours or even days for a response. The primary reason companies are removed from the bulletin board is failure to file fresh financials. So Airstar is definately a candidate for the pink sheets as this is written. Being removed from the NASDAQ BB would almost certainly be a mortal blow for ASTG. TJS
