I have created a new thread (Angiogenesis inhibitors - a revolution in cancer treatment) for general discussion of the anti angiogenesis field. Subject 20713 There are lots of companies doing preclinical development. EntreMed is one of the happy few companies that actually has a compound in clinical testing. Unfortunately that is the only moderately interesting Thalidomide in phase II and not the really hot stuff aka angiostatin and endostatin.
