Goodboy, Jeff, Randy, yes it was Ncube that was not scalable (I was told, all I know is they were not present and if they had a good product, they would have been insane to be absent). I think CCUR and SEAC have mutual respect for one another and both will get a lot of business. SEAC's product is definitely not up to CCUR's (I will tell you why Del says CCUR's does so well by e-mail, I am not sure I should post it here) but they are a solid company with excellent relationships with cable companies and being an engineer myself, I know that is going to get them some business. We were impressed by Diva. We think they will be a solid player. I think all three will be in the mix but Diva seemed to be much more interested in revenue sharing. That may appeal to some, especially at first, but I think when they realize what a money maker this is (I will tell you Diva's experience by e-mail, no need to give it away to the competition for free, let them do their own leg work), I can assure you most cable companies will want to keep all monthly checks coming to them. I want to thank all the many e-mails we got and the many many kind words. I can assure everyone, there are a lot of great people on this thread. Don't let one or two who irritate you bother you. Some let Steve Olivier get to you but I think Steve just likes to play devils advocate, I don't see any problem with Steve's posts. The ones that bother me are the outright false ones. Be patient everyone, it may take a little more time to get out the gate but I can tell you for sure that many many different companies, such as the Interactive Channel, etc. smell money now and things are going to start happening. PRASARA is going to add significantly to the CCUR/SFA team because they have content, content that was getting a lot of attention. My only worry now is that CCUR will get bought out too cheap before this really gets rolling, too cheap to me will be anything below $10 and that is no hype. Ken
