Yes, Asia will not establish a block for many years....China also
would be a very difficult piece to fit in.

Indonesia is another sordid tale in avaricious tastes. Those rulers
will give-up as little as possible and will continue to value human
life as an extension of their wealth.

Although beneficial, I doubt Indonesia will ever allow a supervisory
or regulatory body independent of their control ever manage the "kitty".....
Only forfieture of their country will allow for that kind of change and
this is not likely.
