While you are at it, don't forget that the NASDAQ has a rule about claiming that your stock trades on the "NASDAQ Bulletin Board", since there is no such thing.

You may wish to suggest that the press releases be revised. Principals of companies that trade on the BB are supposed to understand this, so there is no implication that a BB stock is a NASDAQ stock.
