I sold out today. My primary reason for selling was the fact the audit is being extended. As a former auditor, I found that almost all audits are extended for one of either two reasons; additional problems are encountered, or there is a disagreement on accounting issues between the auditors and management. There is always the chance that there is just additional data to be reviewed than initially anticipated, but is just too risky for me.
