DScott -- What I saw of the desert indicates a definite tendency toward trailerism, but it may have been a convention. Hard to tell; seems taht the RV should replace the golden bear as the state animal.

In an effort to corner the market on natural disasters, the state is trying to import nor'easters from the east coast. Have to check 'em for medflies first...

Funny thing is, just a mile northwest of the scene was a perfectly good trailer park. Nothing. Hmph. Our twisters are rank amateurs.

Whatever do you mean? You have tornados AND earthquakes! And you would begrudge Alex his lil' ol' funnel cloud? For Shame!

Are there trailer parks in California, you ask? Yes, indeed there are. Too numerous to count, actually, but you'll never see them on TV or in the movies. Bad for our image.
