Please do not take my email wrong. I am not to here to dis-credit his knowledge.

BUT if he has been doing a decade long study....what the hell. Isn't that an oxymoron. A 10 YEAR STUDY on a shortage. hahahah. I am busting a gut. Maybe in 30 years he will have some more info...maybe another book.

Now I am skeptical of this hot dog. Who is funding him? You need some serious money to do this for ten years. 10 years to study a shortage???!!!???....what was his research telling him 9 years ago? Or at the time of his first book. Was it the same song and dance...?

His hidden agenda atleast is selling books....and getting his name in print. He probably failed as a oil executive.

I am not an oil man by any stretch of the imagination so do not flame me too bad...I am a common sense business minded man. People do things for money! That simple.

Once again...I do feel Oil is a finite resource. But I have been hearing about a shortage for the past 2 decades myself...ever since I was a kid. (some consider me one today...right Alan..hahaha)This is scare mongering for something....if not for a political issues then for personal funding for his continued research.

Beamer...

one last though...I am not contesting there could be a oil shortage either...but I have been hearing about as long as I have been alive.
(In Milwaukee they bring up oil shortage all the time not becuase politicians are worried about oil and gas but becuase they want light rail here. Political manipulation at its finest.)

If their is an oil crisis on the horizon then I am glad I got my money in a few oil companies...even TGLEF.
