If you read carefully you'll see we might not need more stock dilution. An HU211 partner (if it happens, and I'm assuming we'll have a partner by early '99) is a "strategic corporate alliance", which will pay for the future developments of HU211. It will give PARS a big chunk of cash on signing, and than we won't have to put up another placement. PARS has to write this in their 10-K, unless they want to get involved in a class action suit. I believe PARS won't need to further dilute current shareholders, it will take a lot of hard work from their management team, but it can be done . Omer
