I do feel that you are right. I too thought the same thing, but did not want to rock to boat. The last time a a registration was filed the stock had the same effect. Day one good volume (Friday) no stock price increase, Day two large volume price increased 20-40% (Monday), Day three hopefuls' bought they sold, price settled. Three weeks go by stock falls in the twenties.
