Zeev: There you go mixing theology ("save heaven") in with investing again (gg). Clearly this nr was fluff. The stock price may seem surprising and frustrating to management, but I doubt it. I just think that they are trying to gain the attention of investors after their change in restriction status. They will have to do better than that. What they really need is a big guy to come in and build an efficient refining facility on a scale that will leave no doubt as to what will transpire down the road. That will be expensive, and they won't get the kind of investment from GPGI-type investors that would permit them to do it on their own. They are barking up the wrong tree, in my opinion (standard disclaimer added). Lee
