TKA,

Why take a chance with sending the letters with the proxies. We should just take your draft letter, indicate the number of shares you own/control, sign it and mail it directly to the new CEO. He may be impressed by this type of approach and may feel more obligated to answer if the mail goes directly to him.

Thanks alot for all your effort in composing this letter and other information that you have gathered in the past.

Dennis

TK,

It appears that the proxies are mailed back to a third party for tabulation (American Stock Transfer?). They are in the process now of putting the annual report and proxy material together and it should be mailed out within a week.

In light of this, I don't think it would be wise to include the letter with the proxy, maybe like Dennis said, direct to Mr. Hilliou with a copy of your proxy(clearly marked copy).
