Wink, Thanks for the thought ... will use if he refuses a tour ... I sign these all the time when looking at businesses, or having someone looking at mine, I get this signed by them. Doesn't hold a lot of weight, just is a matter of telling someone in no uncertain terms "Now I have your word on this right?" Below is the addendum of Issues and Questions. It is fairly general and meant to be used as a 'spider web' to reach out to different questions during discussion. I think brievity is called for in writing. Please review ... I am looking to get this out Friday the 8th. Issues and Questions Bill Board Delivery & Backlog 1. Are we on schedule for a July 1998 delivery? 2. What are the different problems that have to be tackled still prior to completion? 3. Where can we see these Bill Boards (what cities)? 4. Looking for some information concerning the backlog and current sales opportunities. Production Capabilities 1. There was some information awhile back related to a pending acquisition of a space and information technologies development firm-- where does this stand? 2. What are our current production capabilities? Could we handle an order for 10 of these Bill Boards today? 3. How will future growth needs be funded? Other 1. Who are our competitors, and do they have any heavy backing? 2. What do you see as future opportunities for our technology? (i.e., is there a way to get this into the home and vie for replacing the CRT in TV's?) 3. Was the software that is used in these Bill Boards developed internally or externally? 4. When do you see a need to raise more cash, and what methods would most likely be considered? 5. Is there any sales literature developed which shows this technology, or a photo of one of the Bill Boards? When would this be ready? 6. When will 1st quarter 1998 results be announced? 7. What causes you the greatest excitement with regards to this technology? Biomoda 1. Concerning the increase to 22% ownership. Was this paid in cash or stock? What % did we increase from, and what was the cost? 2. Need a "laymen's" understanding of the relationship that might exist between the companies in the future . what type of opportunities might the success of Biomoda present to ADOT? Getcher
