Unlikely it's the "S-1" shares. SEC usually takes 30 days to approve S-1, which means these shares won't be registered prior to May 15. Wahoograd has also heard these shares will likely be sold in blocks off the exchange. Finally, some of these shareholders may have Rule 16b problems in selling too quickly to reap short-swing profits. This is normal profit-taking and I'm impressed with the support levels being formed for this stock.
