OK, let's start by what has been stated.

"In a statement issued Monday, Enhanced Services said the
resulting entity will be a single enterprise that will pursue a
coordinated, vertically integrated business plan focused
principally on Internet advertising, electronic commerce,
technology development and laptop sales via the Internet.
Management of Enhanced and Zulu-tek are now developing the
precise structure of the stages for the transaction, which is
expected to be implemented later this year, they said."

Is there anything that you care to add? I think I've got the advertising/sales element covered by ZuluMedia (formerly SIM); I think I've got the advertising-technology element covered by EchoMedia and NB Digital; I think I've got the computer-sales/repair element covered by Laptop Solutions.

But what I find curious about the above statement concerns electronic commerce. I know there's an announced strategic alliance with Universal Commerce (Rose and Burgess are longtime associates). But will UC be the reigning entity in this? I don't know. But it seems to me that the ESVS/Zulu electronic commerce aspect is not yet fully defined. This leads me to believe that there is more to come regarding this element of the vertical integration.

What's Doubleclick got?

As an addendum to my description of the ESVS/Zulu components, I'd only like to say that this looks pretty good for a "penny stock," don't you think?

Moreover, if the audit holds NETZ's revenues exceeded Doubleclicks and since we all know they've both got similar clientele, don't you think the ESVS/Zulu consortium will be in a position to rise tremendously in value, this against the backdrop of increased reliance on computerization and internet-related services?
