The more it goes, the more it looks like "very soon" is an elastic concept. I feel like in the Zeno paradox: the report is never going to arrive, because its release is always sometimes in the future, always pushed further, first by monts, then weeks, then days. We will see it pushed by hours, minutes, seconds, in an infinite recess.
Sigh! and Sigh again!
