Hey Ed...look at this version I got...I think SW screwed up again...which one is correct? I guess it doesn't matter...the point is the pp is now for 6M units.

The company has cancelled the private placement of 4.5 million special warrants at 22.5 cents reported
in Stockwatch March 3, 1998 and has renegotiated a private placement with Union Securities for six
million units at 37.5 cents for total proceeds of $2,250,000. Each unit consists of one share and a
warrant to purchase a share at 37.5 cents in the first year and 42.5 cents in the second year. The
company has agreed to pay Union Securities 6.5 per cent of gross proceeds and has further agreed to
issue class B warrants to purchase up to 600,000 shares at 42.5 cents for two years. Funds will be used
to finance Voisey's Bay work, property acquisitions and exploration as well as for general
administrative purposes.
