MCYX to be completing a reverse merger by May 10. What will this do to the value per share of this currently worthless ($.043) company? The news was published May 1 by Reuters.

At first sight, OXIS looks like an interesting Company.

In my opinion, OXIS activity (free radicals/stress) is well targeted within the medical / pharmaceutical field. Great potential.
I am very busy with my research on PICK Communications Corp. but will try to give you some feedback on OXIS.
