Dear Calvin - I agree. While I think the mkt is reacting to the co's resistance [which is inline with Peck's thinking,] Messr Teo does not need the 15% to set things into motion and thus essentially neutralizes mgt's right plan. 40% or not, there are many outside investors from different walks who may want to demand changes for their own reasons. There are people like yourself who feel the co is not run properly; while others demand better stock performance plain and simple. Messr Teo has become the defacto opposition leader, whether he likes it or not. So, it doesn't really matter whether his intention or his prof backgrounds. So, I'd say Messr Peck has missed a significant element in any kind of meaningful change. A great symbol.

The only potential danger - as I ve already stated - is CRUS mgt is so hardened that Messr Hackworth & co decide to pay Messr Teo off [even though Teo did not appear to be a greenmailer.] In that case, the present mgt would ruin the balance sheet but got to stick around; Teo would recoup his investments and the common holders would get stuck with a lesser co [oh, employees would be hurt because of the potential drain of the treasury.] Of course, this scenario could only materialize if mgt had a gigantic EGO who were willing to destroy everything if it couldn't have it its way.

As was previously stated, he will probably gather support for a seat on the Board.
