nic, appreciate the reconsideration. Honestly, I do not know if a advocacy group policy change has come about in the last two years. Prior to my move to Carbondale, I was a social activist in another issue arena that ended up lining up opposite the before mentioned groups, hence my source of info. I'm now out of that loop.

Can anybody else can answer this? Scott

(BTW - before anybody jumps to conclusions, I'm not a Republican, and since I'm profoundly issue orriented rather than party orriented, I end up on issue sides all over the political spectrum. Often advocacy groups tend to paint opponents in terms of cultural steriotypes, which in my case does not apply)

I have asked TRIBY if the FDA is being unfairly harsh on
TRIBY, as far as requirements go. They said they believe
they are being treated fairly and larger companies would
not be proceeding any quicker.
I only disagree from the aspect that J&J, example, has
more clout and probably could get faster results.
