>>Still expecting to see it out sometime this week.<<

Don't blame the companies for being pissed. After all, how difficult is it to send out some faxes?

Steve called me back and has promised to keep me informed with regular updates which I will relay to the thread.

The 10Q has not already been released as previously stated but will be released TODAY and should find its way to Edgar soon after.

Yes, there were glitches with the fax. The new schedule promises around 6000 will be released tomorrow. There will be a break Friday, then next week they should be releasing another 6000 or so every day.
They are hopeful this will help the stock to substantially higher prices.

I will let the thread know as I am updated. Good luck to all.

Gator:
Tghis is exactly what I stated.I felt that the Fax service was Independent from ACOR and ETPI and was wondering why the other concern werent getting upset about the Delay. Hope you are correct about switching Fax services. Regardless of whether the Faxes cause any movement in the Stocks it would remove any Cloud which might be hanging over the Companies as a result.
