David, won't be long before TM says he's gotten another buy signal! I have posted my feelings about the timing of the last press release several times. Let me bring it up again. We know how conservative TAVA management has been with PR and announcements. I can't believe they would have announced last press release when they did if they weren't loaded for bear for CC. stu

Dear Dave: I feel I MUST speak up for tokyo mex. Apparently you were not part of this thread in the DARK DAYS when a lot of hand holding was necessary. TM spent a great amount of his time and I suppose his money getting info for us and reassuring those that needed it. I am absolutely sure in my mind TM would do nothing to hurt any TAVA shareholder. The humble one (josef) told you that he has seen TM's porfolio just in the past couple of days and that TM is NOT short TAVA. He was just warning us so that we would be prepared--thats all. JDN
