At this rate we definetly hit $40, barring any federal action against MSFT or INTC. IMO, everyone should be buying more. Digital Shareholders' Meeting Date Set HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 6, 1998--Compaq Computer Corporation (NYSE:CPQ - news) and Digital Equipment Corporation (NYSE:DEC - news) today announced that the proxy statement to be provided to Digital shareholders in connection with Compaq's pending acquisition of Digital will be mailed beginning on May 7, 1998.
