Our service is running fine. There appears to be a problem with the internet in Chicago backbone (check here www.andovernews.com ) We have been working very had to get the data out on time and that is why we installed a new T1 (3rd) yesterday. The transfer of data to the 3rd T1 did not go perfectly so we went back to 2 T1's until 4:30PM yesterday. We tested the 3rd T1 through the night and found no problems. Around 10:30 this AM we noticed a few people not getting data and found major problems with the internet backbone. This will affect whoever connects to our service through these bad areas.
