But what about THE FINANCIALS???? THE WEBSITE??? FUTURE MERGER or ACQUISITION?? ETC?

Lurker, no offense, but if just because it can walk on land and cruise on the water does not make it a duck. How many times does this dead horse have to be beaten? It all depends on why and how and what the benefits will be. If it ends in a Nasdaq listing, then I'm all for it!
