More on CMED...from CC...they set up a division to provide Y2K services for large hospitals and nursing homes - first contract is with Vencor for a number of their facilities (no numbers released). Also:
Vencor is one of the nation's largest health care service providers
mainly focused on the needs of the elderly, VC operates 57 long-
term acute care hospitals and 314 skilled nursing centers. VC
provides management and contractual services to about 4,000
skilled nursing and other health care providers (third parties)
in 27 states.

I just heard something on CNBC that could be contributing to investors being nervous. The FRB is considering raising the margin requirements on stocks 10 to 15%. So, one would be wise to plan accordingly. I see this as a combination of lowered earnings expectations and general market conditions. If we hear what I expect to hear on CC day, this should be the quarter that Tava breaks out and goes on to new highs. Jan
