I just called their pr firm . 800 435 9539. Sheri was out to lunch and will return my call. When I find out anymore info I will let you know. You might also want to call and see if you can get anymore info. So far all buys except one sell for 10k@.19.

That's why I think INNI is very similar to TEKC, the outstanding shares is close to that of TEKC ~31,037,652 shares.

Between the directors, the preferred share holders, IBM, I bit the float is bellow 10M. A lot of information is given in their EDGAR report and their homepage:
