With the current authorization of 100 million shares, they can only sell another 40 million shares at $.40 each. After the reverse split, they can sell 85 million shares at $1.60 each. Sounds good for them!

The psychological impact is that we, in our greed, will forget about the financials and go for the reverse split and the warrants. "Here, Ira. Here is my chain. Please lead me around by the nose. I am your sucker."

Ok, here's what I think. I don't have a ton of money in this stock so it isn't that important to me, but I do have an opinion.

First, label it as it really appears to be, a reverse split. I've only been around for a little while, but I'm not sure how the warrents will be recieved if the stock does not respond after the split.

Second, release financials. I don't care how the company did last year. I didn't buy it for how it did in the past, I bought it for how it will do in the future. Expidite the process as much as possible, release portions on the net, do something else but having everyone bicker over whether they exist or not.

I lurk, I laugh, but I also get concerned when things don't happen. If the Friday statement of financials is true, good. If not, I don't think people will be trusting much longer.
