David, This is pure observation but what would you consider the following events to amount to.... 1. Try to steal the name of a company..... 2. Sue the company you shorted..... 3. Sue the shareholders of the company you shorted.... 4. Bring news stories to newspapers..... 5. Have employees post on a thread negatively that people are long on OVIS/RMIL...... 6. Put up a bogus website that negatively depicts OVIS on your company domain...... 7. Have one of your employess state that they want OVIS halted... 8. and more........ I guess these are of no consequence... dj
