Maybe this helped the OSX pop: OPEC cuts output in April by 620,000 bpd

Well....if anything it would probably be a negative that a big part of OPEC reductions was nullified by Iraqi increases and other factors but it doesn't seem to have had any effect on crude prices. The OSX seems to be increasingly de-linked from crude. It has been really resilient this week with a 5%+ decrease in crude price.
