David: How did you ever become a lawyer? You missed the entire point of my post. Please don't use my posts to put negative "spins", to further what you want said. You centered on one sentence, that was written as a hypothetical, and pounced on it, to write a full page dissertation on your perspective of morality. This is not the first time where short squeezes have been attempted, and possibly failed, nor will it be the last. If you do not like short squeezes, don't participate in them. I do not like daytrading, shorting, and to a lesser extent daytraders, or shorters. I choose not to particpate in those activities. As far as the price people can get in a short squeeze, it varies. You just haven't bothered to see what can happen, or if you have, then you are delibertly misleading people. al
