Jane, I personally, really , really do not think that Ira would be so stupid as to not have the financials out and have them be kosher. If the exchange gets us off of the OTC-BB then I am all for it. I've talked to Ira before, a long time ago, when he mentioned warrants as a future possibility. If one is long on the stock, then purchasing the warrant is a win win for the shareholder and the company. If it's not done to get us off of this exchange, then I don't know, because I really really hate this friggin exchange. How many analysts have coverage of a stock on the BB? I've never heard of one.
