APC's PowerNet family of SNMP products works in conjunction with enterprise management platforms, enabling users to proactively manage power to the network. APC's PowerNet Adapters provide a hardware solution for direct management of network UPSs, including proactive testing tools and reporting of real-time UPS/power status information. For UPSs connected to a server, PowerNet SNMP Agents provide similar information without the additional cost of hardware using software plug-ins to PowerChute(R) plus management software.
