Ira,

What would you do with the warrant revenue? Seems to me it would be a load of cash burning a hole in your pocket. Any ideas on future expansion?

Also, Please get us the financials. The frenzy here is too much to take.

Thanks and good luck!

Jack

Christ, he's back and talking in CAPS, like INTHEFLESH, claiming he's not INTHEFLESH

The only Warrents(sp) we will see will be for Securities Fraud and Violation

As a ANTX share holder. I recently voted my shares FOR a
reverse split. IMHO, ANTX will soar when it gets listed.
A losing company, sure, a reverse will just make it worse.
On a company on the way up, it will just help in more.

You have to look at the indivdual situation.

Happy investing!

Ira, I don't have a problem with new shares being issued through a warrant program, as long as they are issued equally to shareholders according to the number of shares held. Extra warrants would, otherwise, just mean more dilution.

Ira, I'll say it again, nothing but games on your part to keep those of us that smell something rotten for being taken seriously. Why with all the "good" things happening to FAMH (per you) is the price steadily dropping? If I were you I could concentrate on the core business and use sound judgement to let the company grow naturally. These little "tricks" that you New York Types try to play in order to manipulate stock prices usually benefit no one other than yourselves. They do however hurt a lot of other people.

Just do the right thing. Put your shoulder to the wheel, and let FAMH grow a natural growth. If things are like you say, then it won't be long until we are on NASDAQ on our own merits. It may take a year or two, but I'm willing to hang in there with you as long as I can trust you. JMHO

.....Ira.....You have posed a question to the shareholders, regarding a 4 for 1 share exchange. We do not have adequate information to make an informed decision, regarding the value of this exchange. Are you willing to share all, or part, of the unaudited 1st quarter financial statements, so that we can become better informed?

Thanks for your comments IRA. If I may, here are my thoughts:

I'd like to maintain my current # of shares. That's why I buy pennies, for the EXPONENTIAL increase potential in share price, and where else could I afford to buy xx,xxx shares??

I'd rather not lose 75% of my share count on a stock that (in the absence of immediate and ongoing audited verification of earnings and growth potential)may very well decline back to the pre-split level. I could have bought a legitimate NASDAQ $2.00 stock. I don't want an artificially inflated and possibly temporarily valued $2.00 BB stock.

I am fearful for this tactic because in the absence of any groundbreaking earnings news after the split, the price of FAMH may well just decline, just as the price of historically reputable companies usually appreciate after a split to the pre-split levels!!!

What would be the clear and defined stated purpose of a reverse split?

Is warrant value useless on a stock with declining value?

Does this split GUARANTEE a NASDAQ listing or is it a hoped for result of this action?

If the sole intent is to get a NASDAQ listing why can't share price be boosted by the normal course of business? DGIV has appreciated without a NASDAQ slot.. (I know, that may be a poor comparison--different industry.) But the point is that it can be done with weekly PR's and high visibility

Can't we just grow this thing without the artificial sweeteners? Alot of them cause cancer you know.....

We appreciate your presence here!!

Mel

Ira: If the warrants are redeemable "immediately", then share-holders could exercise the warrants and then sell all their shares for $2.00 and make 18.7% on the transaction. If the share price stays above $2.00 then you make more than 18.7%, if the share price falls below $2.00, then you make less.

On the other hand, if the purpose of the reverse is to reduce shares from 54M to 13M and then people exercise the warrants, then you have 26M shares unless you use the warrant money to buy back shares and reduce the shares outstanding. All in all it doesn't sound too risky for the shareholder, as long as the warrant proceeds are used to reduce the float! JMO ;>)
