Buckeye, agreed, but I actually believe that the financials will be online shortly. This isn't directed at anyone in particular, and I realize the frustration on the thread, but it's starting to sound like a lynching(sp) mob.

A few more weeks and FAMH's records will be fair game for the many shareholders on this thread (including myself) who have held for six months (the action got heavy in November.) Once again, Texas law requires that Firamada shows a 6 month shareholder the records upon demand, and I am prepared to exercise that right.

I HAD THIS PRIVATE MESSAGED TO ME AND FEEL IT CONTAINS A WELL THOUGHT OUT PERSPECTIVE OF FAMH.

Jake,

I agree with you regarding the proposed exchange. In addition I would
like to share some of my thoughts regarding this exchange.
I have been accumulating shares of FAMH over the past months and
currently hold a sizeable position (XXX,XXX sh). I have spoken to Ira on
a number of occasions, an am confident in the future. One thing I have
noticed concerning the trading of FAMH suggests that some of the market
makers in FAMH may hold a sizeable short position, and appear to have
been shorting the stock to prevent a runup of the price on news. A
blatant example of this occurred on the Monday following the Myriad
announcement. Also, in a number of instances as I was accumulating
shares I saw no upward price movement and in some cases downward
movement on my block purchases.
I believe that the proposed 4:1 share exchange plus warrants, is
designed to serve two purposes. First it will reduce the float and total
outstanding shares by a factor of 4. (fully diluted share count
including warrants, as used in eps calculations, reduced by a factor of
2). As I understand it, one warrant to purchase a share at 1.25 would be
issued along with the new share of FAMH in exchange for 4 of the old
shares. This would in effect call in all of the existing shares of
Firmada. I believe that this would force any market makers holding a net
short position to cover their position before the share redemption. I
think that this is the second purpose for such an exchange, to eliminate
the short position in Firmada, which I believe has been significant in
preventing upside momentum. I think that this move along with the filing
of the 97 financials and subsequent filing of 1st Q Financials should
change dramatically the trading pattern for FAMH. I keep looking at FAMH
as a value play; based on next year's projected earnings of about 10MM,
this stock is trading at approximately 2X earnings in an industry that
trades at 25X earnings. I think things will look very different by the
end of this year, and those with patience such as yourself will be well
rewarded.

Sincerely,

Greg
