Does anyone know much about the reverse merger and the interrelationships of Genesis Entertainment? I believe that they produced the Highway Patrol show, Grudge Match (only a short time), syndication of Highway to Heaven, etc. I know that a person by the name of Gary Gannaway was the main owner or head honcho. Is he still involved as he may have been involved in the China deal? Also why all the hiding of these previous companies such as HSTV and the various Genesis names. Are they trying an old game in hiding past problems in hopes that no one will follow them? I am a potential investor but I need to see audited financials before I will buy. I believe the above is part of the reason why the stock has not soared. And how can you handle $200 million in contracts with only 10 people? There are still a lot of mysteries out there with this company. Any comments?
