.....Kevin.....A request for comments was put to the shareholders, by the president. Let's assume that all is perfect, and that we have no concerns about the veracity of Ira and FAMH. WE NEED THE (unaudited) 1ST QUARTER FINANCIALS in order to judge the value of a share exchange. Do you agree?

People, I'm warning you!! This is all very wrong!! I've been investing for 23 years and have been a registered investment advisor with the SEC. This kind of statement from a CEO before making sure all of the procdures of filing registations are completed is more out of line than a wave pattern. Furthermore, in a case involving the SEC against a person on one of the SI Threads (I will not give out his name or the thread), the SEC stated explicitly that, "They DO NOT recognize the Silicon Investor as a public forum for disseminating information by public companies." I AM NOT( I REPEAT - NOT!!!!!!!) A NAYSAYER OR BASHER OF THIS COMPANY! But this is what I've noticed in my 3 days of being an investor: 1. Just like before (when I told you what David McCleary complained about), it happens again!!! No financials reported as promised. 2. The promise that the filing was sent to EDGAR last Friday now turns out to be a filing sent to the SEC yesterday. 3. "Ira" will answer nothing here about a website or earnings in the last several posts after being asked several times. 4. What is this B.S. sales garbage talk of trying to make a reverse split sound like something else, with or without warrants!!?? 5. He says that the outstanding shares would be reduced. WELL DUH!!! ANY REVERSE SPLIT (I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU CALL IT) WILL DO THAT!!! 6. Excuse me? HELLO!!!!! Won't issuing warrants for more shares and people exercising them just step up the amount of outstanding shares again and dilute earnings? HMMMMMMM!!!! Kind about where were at now. 7. This thread has alluded to that INTHEFLESH and Ira are the same. Someone here said he didn't confirm or deny it. He denies it last night. However, his e-mail address attached to ITF's profile remains. Who's telling the truth? Ira, I will say 2 things to you. 1. I can't believe a man of integrity would be responsible for the things said on this thread that were posted by INTHEFLESH or Ira. So Ira, I can only hope this was indeed not you and it was a prankster who will be dealt with by the SEC if caught. Additionally, if the "Ira" or "INTHEFLESH" on this thread is not you, why have you not contacted the Silicon Investor corporate and complained as such? 2. Since I've have seen nobody else offer, I will take the initiative after completing this post to contact the Office of the SEC in Washington to see if any wrongdoing has been done on this thread in terms of what has been said. Yes!! Before you ask, I'm serious about this and will do it. My bluff can't be called. Respectfully, Chris
