The support staff at ProNetLink are mostly administrative. They handle day to day operations (up until last week it was a pretty slow job. PNL has also been advertising for different positions that may need to be filled as the company grows. They now have a good amount of names should the need come up. No need to pay for people you don't need yet. As for the "experts" they are all paid consultants to the company and do not get counted into "employee" the same way the people the people at Proxicom don't, yet all work for PNL.
PNL does not expect any member to have to wait a long time for an answer. If you do want to wait try calling the tech support line at a large computer software company!
