As someone new to the market (less than one year) I could use some help interpreting todays incredible (in my opinion, they are incredible) revelations.

As I see them, here are the big news items:
* Bi-directional data transmission is not ready for prime-time.
* FCC approval is one to two months away.

The best I can make out is that a GLCP purchase now is no longer a short-term play but a mid-term play?

One final thought: I'm dying to know what the news release is that GLCP is talking about for next week (you know, the one that was said to happen this week--which still might happen for all I know. Read: I don't know). So far as I can tell, there's not much they could share that would be solid, right? They could only say, "We are on the path...", "we are close to completion..." etc. I'm speculating, but it seems to me that the "lure" of the press release becomes the joker in the deck. Without the press release, there wouldn't appear to be any landmarks on the horizon.

Ah, GLCP...it was all so clear five days ago...What am I to think now?

Sounds like they have a ways to go. I am a EE and to double they range is no easy task without increasing signal. Increasing te signal means more bs w/fcc. I'm not trying to be negative but 30-60 days off on final submital to fcc and they are working in a lab means they have lots of work to do IMHO.
